1. Get in touch

Once you have spoken to one of our experienced sales team members, you will receive an estimated valuation of your property. This service is complementary and gives you the opportunity to discuss our sales strategy further.

2. Marketing

As part of your sales strategy, your sales agent will discuss this critical element with you. It is important to understand each component and how they work to help you achieve the upmost exposure in the property market, ensuring you maximise your return. Please see detailed presentation below:

MICM Real Estate has an in-house marketing team (unlike most of our competitors). A team of highly qualified and experienced specialists work hand in hand with your MICM agent to fine-tune a marketing campaign for your property.

3. Paperwork

Once you are happy with your sales strategy you will need to sign a Sales Authority (your agent will prepare this for you). This document ensures your understanding of our fees and terms of service, allowing MICM Real Estate to represent you throughout the sale process.

If your property is tenanted through another agency it can be difficult to organise access for public and private viewings, to ensure a seamless transaction we recommend engaging in our property management services – your sales agent will discuss this option with you further.

4. Database Network

Once you have completed and returned your Sales Authority, we get to work immediately! Marketing is ordered (photography, floorplans, brochures etc), and your property is entered & sent to our database of registered buyers. MICM clients subscribe to our email service, ensuring their requirements are filtered and they are the first to receive information about your property.

In addition to our database your property will be introduced to a citywide office network of sales agents, with the opportunity to introduce & show buyers your property – broadening the opportunity for a successful sale.

5. Campaign

Your property will begin to generate enquiries, your sales agent will then contact and qualify any prospective purchasers, feedback is then conveyed back to you giving you the opportunity to adjust any parts of the advertising or price guide.

5. Sold

Any offers are formally presented to you and are available for negotiation. Our skilled sales team are experienced in dealing with all sale scenarios and will offer advise to help you choose the best terms and conditions to suit your needs, guiding you through the contract, sale & settlement process every step of the way.
