Are you vacating the property?
After you update your property manager you will receive a confirmation of the vacate date and a guide that explains what needs to be taken care of in order to get your bond back. Make sure you return all keys, parking remotes and receipts.
After you have returned everything to the office, your property manager will conduct a final inspection and will contact you if there are any issues that require further attention. You will then receive a Bond Claim From. Please fill in the form (including bank details), make sure you have all tenants’ signatures, and send us the form to approve and send to the RTBA in order for the bond to be released to you.
Once we approved the form we will send it to RTBA. If all the details are correct you should receive your bond in 2-5 working days straight into your bank account, if you require a cheque please be aware that this may take a bit longer to receive.
